About: For athletes wanting to improve their sport specific skills and move up to the next level. Athletes will train for 1 hour - 1 or 2 times per week based on preference.
Dates: September 9th - November 2nd

To advance to a Level II Volleyball program all athletes must be able to pass 5-point AD assessment.
