Fall SAND Jr Club Training
This program is the perfect complement to indoor school ball or for the year round beach athlete. Cross training between sand and indoor helps to sharpen your skills and increase your speed and agility. This program is similar to the Summer Sand Program in Cedar Park; Groups A (12U) & B (14U) practicing first, from 5:30- 7:30PM, followed by Groups C (16U) & D (18U) from 7:00- 9:00PM. We are also offering a south practice, at Aussies, on Wednesdays only! Prospective athletes must register under their age group, and will be evaluated at their first practice to determine their proper group placement.

Group D - Most U18 Athletes

Dates: August 26th- October 30th; 8 Mondays & 10 Wednesdays at ASC Sand Complex- Cedar Park *No Practice 10/14 Columbus Day*
August 28th- October 30th; 10 Wednesdays at Aussie's Sports Grill- South Austin

Fees: $360 for Monday- 8 sessions; 1 practice a week in CP
$380 for Wednesdays- 10 sessions; 1 practice a week at Aussies- South
$450 for Wednesdays- 10 sessions; 1 practice a week in CP ($350 deposit required at registration, remaining $100 balance will be added to your account to be paid by October 10th.)
$630 for 2 practices a week- 18 sessions in CP ($350 deposit required at registration, remaining $280 balance will be added to your account to be paid by October 10th.)
Drop-Ins- $55 per practice (email email@example.com)
Program Includes: 90 minutes of training and 30 mins of SAQ (conditioning at Cedar Park location only), 12:1 Athlete to court ratio, 8:1 Athlete to Coach ratio, T-Shirt
No evaluation or tryout is required, but athletes will be separated by age and skill level.
